Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Nikki's Pro Cleaning Services website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Services

Nikki's Pro Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Denver, Colorado metro area. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. Quotes provided through our website are estimates and may be adjusted based on the specific scope of work upon inspection.

Scheduling & Cancellation

We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, staffing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Nikki's Pro Cleaning Services is fully insured. While we take every precaution to protect your property, our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear and tear.
