What areas do you serve?

How do I book a cleaning?

Booking is easy! Simply fill out our online quote request form on our contact page, or call us directly at (720) 326-8711. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to discuss your needs and schedule your cleaning.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all. Many of our clients provide a key or entry code so we can clean while they're at work or running errands. We're fully insured and our team members are background-checked for your peace of mind.

What cleaning products do you use?

We exclusively use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your family, children, and pets. Our products are effective at removing dirt, grime, and bacteria without harsh chemicals or strong fumes.

What's the difference between light cleaning and deep cleaning?

Light cleaning covers regular maintenance tasks like dusting surfaces, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens. Deep cleaning goes further — including baseboards, inside appliances, grout scrubbing, ceiling fans, behind furniture, and other areas that aren't part of a routine clean. We recommend a deep clean as your first service, then transitioning to regular light cleaning to maintain the results.

How much does a cleaning cost?

Every home and office is different, so our pricing is customized based on the size of your space, the type of cleaning you need, and your schedule. We provide free, no-obligation quotes so you know exactly what to expect before we start. Contact us for your personalized estimate.

Do you offer move-in/move-out cleaning?

Yes! Our move-in/move-out cleaning is one of our most popular services. We do a comprehensive clean of every room, including inside cabinets and closets, all appliances, windows, and a final walkthrough to make sure the space is move-in ready. It's perfect for tenants, landlords, and real estate agents.

Can I book a one-time cleaning before committing to a plan?

Absolutely. We offer one-time cleaning services with no contracts or commitments. Many of our recurring clients started with a one-time deep clean to experience our quality before signing up for a weekly or monthly plan.

What are your hours of operation?

We operate Monday through Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We do our best to accommodate your preferred time slots when scheduling.

How do I reschedule or cancel a cleaning?

We understand that plans change. Simply call us at (720) 326-8711 or send us an email at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning, and we'll be happy to reschedule at no charge.

Do you clean on weekends?

Yes, we offer Saturday availability. Weekend slots fill up quickly, so we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge. We stand behind our work 100%.

Yes. Every member of our team undergoes a thorough background check and professional training before they ever enter a client's home. We invest in ongoing training to ensure our team stays up to date on the best cleaning practices and products.

Are you insured?

Yes, Nikki's Pro Cleaning Services is fully insured. In the unlikely event that something is damaged during a cleaning, you're completely covered.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring all of our own eco-friendly cleaning products, tools, and equipment. You don't need to provide anything. If you have a preferred product or specific supplies you'd like us to use, just let us know and we're happy to accommodate.
